Samus' Luminoth Suit, again.
I thought I was finished, but I wasn't too happy about the final drawing I did, so I decided to give it a second go, looking at the colour examples  had suggested for it.I'm STILL not sure about the colours, but this one looks better than the last one, so at least I've progressed. And yes, it is a serious project. The reason I'm spending so much time thinking about the design is because I'm going to actually make it, so I want something that makes me feel like it's worth the time and money. Your welcome, the Metroid series is a big fav of mine so when it comes to this Im about the best geek there is ^^
If you haven't looked the girls from "Bubblegum Crisis" (AKA the Knight Sabres) wore soft suits underneath their hardsuits so you may get some tailoring ideas there as I remember the creator was very detailed oriented.

i take it that the black is going to be a shiney material
and the white and darker white more of a matt colour ?
(btw if i got the colour wrong im slightly colourblind but i think you know what i mean ^_^ )
